We also feature handicap accessible units. Our comfortable 480 sq. ft. ADA compliant Handicap rooms features a petite refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. These rooms also come equipped with easy access roll-in showers. You will find comfort in the extra space these deluxe rooms offer.

In addition to the comforts of home, our vacation resort provides a wealth of hospitality and service, including optional daily maid service, 3 laundromats, bicycle rentals, and planned activities for varied interests. Sports equipment is available for your enjoyment on the premises. Children particularly enjoy the themed playground.

Rates and Policies:

• Full maid service is after the third night, with fresh towels and trash removal daily. Full daily maid service can be requested upon arrival for an additional charge.
• Daily towel exchange and trash removal.
• Roll-away beds and pack-N-plays are available for an additional daily fee.
• Handicap accessible facilities are available upon request.
• Major credit cards accepted. Rates subject to 7% GA Sales & Use Tax, 5% Local Hotel/Motel Tax, & 5% resort fee. All discounts must be presented at check-in.
• All guests are responsible for the 5% resort fee. This fee covers amenities such as upgraded linens, shampoos & soaps, in room coffee upon arrival, Wi-Fi access, paper towels in kitchens, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, playground, lending library of DVD movies, VCR movies, board games, & sports equipment.
• Age requirement for check-in is 21.
• Deposit required upon placing reservation & is equal to the first night + tax & resort fee
• All cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. No refund on cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• Any changes to your reservation must be made 7 days prior to your arrival or you will be responsible for the full length of stay that was confirmed.
• Beach front at hotel only available at low tide.
• Due to a natural tree line that runs along our sea dunes, we can only offer ocean-side not ocean-view rooms.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Jekyll Island has a $5 per day parking fee that is collected upon arrival on the island.

Pet Policy:

There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $75 for a Studio / Mini Villa or a 1-Bedroom Villa, $100 for a 2-Bedroom, or $150 for a 3-Bedroom. If you wish to make a Reservation and bring your Pet, please call our Reservation Department at 1-866-920-1263, as availability is very limited. 2 pet limit.
